THE SPACE
This week we’re in cider country at a stunning restaurant with (brand new and gorgeous) rooms, Holm. Founder and serial chef, Nicholas Balfe, launched his first restaurant outside of London in an old bank building that has been beautifully converted with clean lines, a calm colour palette and natural materials such as wood and sheepskin. Join Molly and Nicholas as they talk all about creating a menu inspired by the surrounding area and a space designed to last the test of time.

STEP INSIDE
Holm Somerset masterfully blends a contemporary vibe with the traditional architecture of its building, creating a unique fusion of old and new.
This innovative design approach includes an impressive feat of laser cutting through a concrete bank vault to create stunning terraced gardens.
Central to Holm's ethos is a commitment to seasonal eating, embracing the principle that 'things that grow together, go together', ensuring fresh, harmonious flavours.
Holm Somerset has evolved from just a restaurant to a full-fledged stay experience, offering seven meticulously crafted bedrooms.
This evolution is supported by collaborations with local craftsmen and producers, further rooting the establishment in the community and enhancing the authentic Somerset experience.
